Postage / Shipping - A flat rate of £6.00 (£7.05 inc VAT) is applied to all orders.
Within the UK, (some areas are excluded by Royal Mail), orders will be dispatched via Special Delivery, except where it is necessary to dispatch an order in two parts, at which time orders will be dispatched via Recorded Delivery.
Overseas orders will be dispatched via International Signed For or AirSure. (Please note we do not re-dispatch our charms to the USA!)
Dispatch - We aim to dispatch within *seven working days. Customers orders will be up-dated to advise of dispatch, expected or guaranteed delivery date and the applicable Tracking Number.
* All wholesale orders were processed through our retail web site, however, this became inconvenient for our traders and therefore, we have opened a new web site for our wholesale customers. We will make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however, in the initial stages it is impossible to set appropriate stock levels for our trade web site and therefore, the seven working days stated above will enable us to fulfill orders where the held stock level is insufficient to meet demand.
Sales Tax: Jewellery Enchantments, charge VAT on all prices shown, including postage/shipping costs. All import charges and country taxes due on international delivery shall be the sole responsibility of each customer. Customers outside of the EC will be refunded the 15% tax charged on orders automatically, where the tax has not been deducted automatically).
Returns:
Any returns, damages, ommissions or other errors must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the order. If notification is outside of this period, we may refuse to accept any returns. We do not operate a Sale or Returns Policy.
Returns will only be accepted where a Returns Code has been received from ourselves and the Returns Code must be cleary detailed with the returned items. Where the return of items is as a result of an error on our part, (or due to faulty goods), we will refund reasonable postage costs or will provide a Returns Envelope. Unauthorised returns will incur an administration and re-stocking fee of 20% of the order total. Ensure that returns are authorised by e-mailing or phoning us for a Returns Code.
We will only accept returns for faulty of damaged goods. If you do not like an item on receipt, we may authorise a return at our discretion only.
Returns that do not result from manufacturing faults or as a result of an error on our part, must be returned at the customers expense. We recommend a trackable form of return is used, as until the items reach our offices, we will not be liable or responsible for the items whilst in transit.
We do not accept the return of earrings, unless as a result of a manufacturing fault, under any circumstances. These items make contact with the skin in a personal way and therefore, may not be returned.
